1st City System Upgrade
The 1st City System upgrade is currently in process, and members may notice some service outages. We thank you for your patience as we complete the transition, and we want to keep you up to date on the very latest service information.
Here’s what you can expect:
1st City Credit Union is currently working with a phone service partner to offer convenient and prompt answers to your questions. We are, however, experiencing high call volumes. You will have the option to skip the wait and leave a message – your call will be returned as soon as a representative becomes available.
Upgraded Online Banking
Online Banking and Bill Pay will be down from November 1 through November 3 for the upgrade. You will be able to log in on Monday, November 4 using your four-digit account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number as a temporary password.
Upgraded Audio Response
Our current Audio Response system will be unavailable November 1 through November 3. Beginning Monday, November 4, there will be a new phone number: (800) 860-5704. When you dial in, the system will ask you to enter your credit union access code: 251. Then, you’ll need to enter a temporary PIN: the last four digits of your Social Security number. Once you log in, you’ll have to update your PIN to four numbers of your choosing.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. We look forward to serving you with better products and greater account security!
